You may reschedule your booked appointment at no charge if the request is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the appointment may be accommodated subject to availability, but cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation time: eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future appointment.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time: the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Our consultation fees cover the specialised clinical time, detailed evaluation, professional expertise, and case analysis provided by our physician during your appointment. Once a consultation session has been completed, the fee is non-refundable.
This policy reflects the fact that professional healthcare time and clinical judgment—once rendered—constitute a delivered service regardless of whether the patient agrees with or is satisfied by the outcome of the assessment.
If a consultation cannot be completed due to a technical failure on the clinic's end, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge. If the patient prefers not to reschedule, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
If a consultation cannot be completed due to the patient's technical issues (poor internet, device failure), a partial credit may be offered toward a rescheduled appointment, at our discretion.
Once homoeopathic remedies have been dispatched following a completed consultation, they cannot be returned or refunded. This is in accordance with pharmaceutical and healthcare safety standards.
If a patient does not attend their scheduled consultation without prior notice (no-show), the consultation fee is non-refundable and the slot will be considered consumed.
