Specific terms governing telehealth and online consultation services provided by S.G. Homoeopathic Clinic.
⚠️ Online consultations at S.G. Homoeopathic Clinic are strictly for chronic care management, general health optimisation, and non-emergency follow-ups. They are not a substitute for emergency care.
Online consultations are available to patients across India who are seeking chronic care management, general constitutional assessment, or follow-up consultations. Patients experiencing acute emergencies or requiring immediate physical examination are not eligible for online consultation and must seek appropriate in-person emergency care.
The patient must provide truthful identity verification and accurate health information during the online consultation process. Providing false or incomplete information may adversely affect the quality of your care and may result in suspension of online services.
Our consulting physicians reserve the right to decline an online consultation at any point if they determine that the patient's condition requires:
In such cases, the consultation fee may be refunded or redirected to an in-clinic appointment at our discretion.
Patients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a functioning camera and microphone (for video consultations), and a compatible device (smartphone, tablet, or computer) for the scheduled consultation.
Patients must not record, share, or distribute any part of the consultation session without the prior written consent of the consulting physician. Recording sessions is strictly prohibited.
Following an online consultation, prescribed homoeopathic preparations will be dispatched via verified courier to the address provided by the patient. Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and the patient's location within India. S.G. Homoeopathic Clinic is not responsible for courier delays beyond our control.
Prescriptions issued following an online consultation are valid for the specified duration and are not transferable to other individuals. Do not share prescribed remedies with others.
If at any point during an online consultation the physician determines that the patient's condition constitutes a medical emergency, the consultation will be immediately redirected and the patient will be advised to seek emergency in-person care. In such instances, consultation fees will be non-refundable as professional time and assessment have been rendered.
In the event of a technical failure on the clinic's end that renders the consultation impossible to complete, the appointment will be rescheduled at no additional charge to the patient.
These terms are subject to Indian law and the jurisdiction of courts in Malappuram district, Kerala.
